Texas Reaches $2.1M Deal Over Dry Cleaner Pollution

Law360, Los Angeles (October 19, 2012, 8:31 PM EDT) -- The state of Texas has reached a $2.1 million settlement with property owners over environmental pollution at the site of two dry cleaning businesses in the tony River Oaks section of Houston, the Texas Attorney General's Office announced Friday.
