$4B Miami Casino Project Stalled By Site's Historic Status App

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 10:21 PM EDT) -- Miami's preservation board voted on Monday to formally consider the Miami Herald's Biscayne Bay headquarters for historic designation, throwing the brakes on the Genting Group's plan to develop a $3.8 billion casino-anchored resort on the property.
