Dewey Retirees To Appeal $71.5M Clawback Deal Approval

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 3:47 PM EDT) -- A group of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP retirees said Monday it will appeal a New York bankruptcy judge's ruling earlier this month approving a $71.5 million clawback deal with former partners, following a similar vow by the official former partners committee in the case.
