SEC Case Still Too Late, Ex-Microtune Execs Tell 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 5:08 PM EDT) -- Two former Microtune Inc. executives accused by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of under-reporting their compensation by $22.5 million said last week that the Fifth Circuit should not rehear the case because the claims are time-barred and the court's August ruling was not precedential.
