McDonald's Alters Kids Site Following FTC Complaint

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 6:56 PM EDT) -- McDonald’s Corp. has removed some social networking options from a Happy Meal marketing website geared toward children, it announced Friday, following a Federal Trade Commission complaint by digital rights groups alleging the features violate the Children’s Online Privacy Act.
