SAIC's Protest Over $89M Tech Support Contract Nixed

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 9:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Monday denied an SAIC Inc. protest over the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's evaluation of potential organizational conflicts of interest in an $89 million contract to provide technical support services for the National Data Buoy Center.
