NY Orders Utility To Triple Solar Power Purchases

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 2:55 PM EDT) -- New York regulators on Monday ordered a major utility to triple the amount of solar power it buys from small installations, finding that any consumer rate increases would be offset by the benefit of fostering solar power projects and saying other utilities should expect the same.
