EU Secures WTO Probe Of US Boeing Subsidies

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 3:09 PM EDT) -- The World Trade Organization announced Tuesday that it will look into whether the U.S. complied with the global body's mandate to stop illegal subsidies to The Boeing Co., saying it had also referred to arbitration the European Union's request for a $12 billion annual penalty against the U.S.
