Lutron Wins Exclusion Order In ITC Dimmer Switch Patent Row

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 4:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has handed Lutron Electronics Co. Inc. a victory in its action over the importation of certain lighting control devices, issuing a general exclusion order against dimmer switches found to infringe a Lutron patent, according to a notice in Tuesday's Federal Register.
