AA Has No Grounds To Review Union Ruling, 5th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The National Mediation Board on Monday urged the Fifth Circuit to reject American Airlines Inc.’s bid for a full court review of a ruling that paved the way for a vote on the Communication Workers of America’s potential representation of the airline’s passenger service agents.
