Zurich Topples AMI's $1.3M Coverage Fight Over Game Rights

Law360, Chicago (October 23, 2012, 7:26 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge handed Zurich American Insurance Co. a win Monday in AMI Entertainment Network Inc.'s suit seeking $1.3 million in defense costs it incurred in underlying litigation over rights to a video poker game, finding AMI failed to comply with certain policy provisions.
