Pa. Office Depot Managers Bring Class Action Over OT Pay

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- Office Depot Inc. was hit with a lawsuit Tuesday by a proposed class of assistant store managers in Pennsylvania accusing the office supplies giant of denying them proper overtime pay and failing to give them such pay in a timely manner.
