Pa. Lawyer Targets Wilkes-Barre Newspaper In Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania attorney on Tuesday sued Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based newspaper The Times Leader for publishing what he calls a defamatory front-page article about his lawsuits against city officials over tax sales of 26 of his properties.
