Ore. Lands $4M Settlement In McKesson Drug Pricing Case

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- The state of Oregon has inked a $4.3 million settlement with McKesson Corp. over allegedly inflated average wholesale drug prices, state officials said Wednesday, adding to the company's already steep bill for practices said to have ripped off Medicaid agencies across the country.
