NJ Courts Mull Centralized Stryker Hip Implant Litigation

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs suing a Stryker Corp. unit in New Jersey over allegedly defective hip implants that caused them to undergo painful and invasive surgery have asked the state court system to designate the cases for centralized management in Bergen County, according to a notice posted Wednesday.
