Pfizer, Bayer, J&J Push Phony Expiration Dates: Class Suits

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Bayer Healthcare LLC, Pfizer Inc. and Johnson & Johnson misled consumers by encouraging them to discard common medications like aspirin and Tylenol well before the medicines lose efficacy, according to a trio of class actions filed Monday in Missouri.
