SRA Protests FDIC's Nonrenewal Of $341M Contract

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- Government information technology contractor SRA International launched a bid protest with the U.S. Government Accountability Office on Monday after the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. declined to renew a five-year, $341 million contract accounting for about 9 percent of the company's $1.6 billion in 2012 revenue.

The bid protest is sealed but relates to the FDIC’s denial of SRA’s recompete bid for a contract to provide the agency with IT infrastructure support, including program management, client support, data center operations and equipment distribution, according to company filings...
