GSA's Doc Deletion In LabCorp Protest Could Spur Sanctions

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 8:46 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge said Monday that he is considering sanctioning the government over the U.S. General Services Administration's alleged deletion of online solicitation documents in a bid protest by Laboratory Corp. of America over a medical testing contract.
