Dyson Says Bosch Used Corporate Spy To Steal Technology

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 8:57 PM EDT) -- Vacuum maker Dyson Ltd. said Wednesday it had lodged a British court suit accusing Germany's Robert Bosch GmbH of using an engineer as a mole to steal trade secrets that were then passed on to Bosch's motor manufacturer in China.
