ITC To Speed Review On Chinese Honey Duties

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said on Wednesday it is lining up an expedited five-year review of an anti-dumping duty order on honey from China, in order to determine whether lifting the order is likely to hurt the U.S. honey industry.

The move comes on the heels of a vote by all six commissioners earlier this month to speed up the review after they found the domestic interested party group response for the review was fine while the respondent group response was inadequate, according to the...
