Moon Marine Didn't Disclose Salmonella Tuna Recall: Insurer

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 5:14 PM EDT) -- An insurance company seeking to void its excess policy covering food supplier Moon Marine USA Corp. filed suit against the company in California federal court on Monday, arguing it failed to disclose that its tuna was linked to a widespread salmonella outbreak.
