Calif. Appeals Court Revives Station Fire Home Damage Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday revived a suit brought against a Farmers Group Inc. reciprocal insurer by homeowners whose houses were damaged during the August 2009 California Station Fire, saying the lower court should have applied California’s notice-prejudice rule.
