ACLU, Others Want Pa.'s Briefs In Voter ID Outreach Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 25, 2012, 2:15 PM EDT) -- Public interest groups are asking a Pennsylvania judge to force the state to submit briefs defending its current outreach campaign for the state’s new voter ID law, saying the briefing schedule set by the judge Wednesday did not leave sufficient time to inform voters ahead of Election Day.
