Arkin Hiring 'Army' In Suit Against Ex-Partners, Judge Told

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Litigator Stanley S. Arkin is hiring a "growing army" of attorneys in his suit against two former colleagues who formed a breakaway New York City investigations and white collar boutique, the pair told a New York state judge Tuesday.

Arkin, who sued Howard J. Kaplan and Michelle A. Rice after they left Arkin Kaplan Rice LLP to form their own firm, Kaplan Rice LLP, earlier this year, recently added Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP partner Joseph A. Gershman to his legal team.
