Law360, Philadelphia (October 25, 2012, 3:37 PM EDT) -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center was hit with a class action in Pennsylvania court Tuesday alleging that the hospital system’s failure to report an employee’s drug abuse resulted in thousands of patients being exposed to the risk of hepatitis C infection.
