Calif. Court Could Put Insurance Notices Under Microscope

Law360, San Diego (October 25, 2012, 9:53 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court is set to tackle whether materials accompanying an employer’s insurance policy can extend coverage, and a ruling in the affirmative could drive insurers to become much more careful about the notices they mail along with their policy, attorneys said Thursday.
