High Court Asked To Revive $1B Shell Credit Card Receipt Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit’s dismissal of a $1 billion consumer class action saying Shell Oil Co. printed the wrong credit card digits on receipts is at odds with prior U.S. Supreme Court and circuit court rulings, according to a recent high court petition.
