Madoff Brother Gets Sentencing Date Pushed Back

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 9:58 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge agreed Thursday to delay until December the sentencing of Peter Madoff, convicted Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff’s brother, after he sought more time to meet the requirements of his plea deal.
