Texas High Court Won't Examine Vacated $11M Asbestos Verdict

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 3:28 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday declined to hear the appeal of a lower court's ruling throwing out an $11.5 million asbestos liability verdict against Georgia-Pacific Corp., with two justices stating their objection to the decision not to take up the petition.
