Jones Day Guides Meyer Bergman In $419M UK Mall Purchase

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 5:13 PM EDT) -- Australian mall developer Westfield Group will sell a £260 million ($418.6 million) shopping center slated to be built in the U.K. city of Bradford beginning next year to an investor group led by European real estate investor Meyer Bergman, Westfield said Friday.
