Microsoft IP Fight Ended Too Soon, Ad Co. Tells Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (November 5, 2012, 10:05 PM EST) -- Interactive advertising company Almondnet Inc. told a Federal Circuit panel on Monday that a lower court inappropriately narrowed its search-based advertising patent spat with Microsoft Inc., claiming it misconstrued the patent's language and should have allowed a jury to determine if Bing search engine advertising services infringed its intellectual property.
