Senators Urge ITC To Impose Duties On Steel Pipe

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan group of senators on Friday urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to impose duties on steel pipe imports from India, Oman, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates, saying the influx of foreign pipe has harmed domestic businesses in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Arkansas.
