Maxim Sues DOJ For Details Of $121M FCA Settlement

Law360, Washington (October 29, 2012, 1:10 PM EDT) -- Maxim Healthcare Services Inc. sued the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington federal court on Friday, claiming the agency is wrongfully withholding financial information from the company stemming from a $121 million civil and criminal settlement reached in 2011 in a whistleblower case.
