NY Court Boots PE Investor's $100M Suit Over Failed JV

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 5:45 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday dismissed a $100 million suit brought by Pegasus Blue Star Fund founder Paul Parmar against Weston Capital Management LLC and others for allegedly scuttling a plan to consolidate and launch a new medical billing and management company through acquisitions.
