Texas Driller Wins $36M Arbitration Award In BP Contract Row

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 1:35 PM EDT) -- Texas oil company Frontier Drilling USA Inc. won a $36 million arbitration award against BP Exploration & Production Inc. in a contract dispute over an oil storage vessel that BP had agreed to charter from Frontier, according to a Friday court filing.
