GM, Chrysler Part Maker Sued Over Engine Patents

Law360 (November 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Automotive-parts manufacturer MacLean Fogg Co. has revved up its rivalry with Eaton Corp. by filing an infringement lawsuit over 14 engine part patents.

Mundelein, Ill.-based MacLean-Fogg filed the suit on Wednesday in a Texas federal court against Eaton for manufacturing and selling allegedly infringing products used in vehicles from General Motors Corp. and Chrysler LLC.
