Mass. High Court Favors Fannie Mae In Home Seizure Case

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Massachusetts' highest court sided with Fannie Mae on Friday, saying that the mortgage giant's use of a state foreclosure form to give notice to evict homeowners was in line with the law and does not need to include more specific information on the foreclosure.
