SG's View On FHA Disparate Impact Claims Sought By Justices

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court formally asked the U.S. solicitor general on Monday to weigh in on a pending appeal questioning whether disparate impact claims can be made under the Fair Housing Act of 1968 and what an appropriate test would be for weighing such claims.
