P&G Wants Free From Philly Denture Adhesive Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (October 29, 2012, 3:46 PM EDT) -- Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co. told a Pennsylvania state judge Friday that nearly 60 plaintiffs who claim they suffered permanent neurological damage from using Fixodent denture adhesive lack adequate evidence to continue pursuing their claims.

In a motion filed in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, P&G asked Judge Arnold New to grant summary judgment against a group of nearly 60 cases filed by denture users represented by Levin Simes LLP, arguing that expert testimony submitted relied on flawed science.
