Wal-Mart Says Sex Bias Class Action Time-Barred

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. on Friday urged a Florida federal court to dismiss sex bias allegations brought on behalf of regional classes of women by former members of the decertified Dukes v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. class, arguing the claims are time-barred.
