Suit Targets Dentsu CEO's Alleged Sexual Shenanigans

Law360, New York (November 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. arm of Japan's largest advertising agency has been stung with a lawsuit by a former creative director who claims he was fired after complaining that the company’s chief executive officer pressured him and other employees to engage in sexually explicit activities.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday by Steve Biegel in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, accuses Toyo Shigeta, the CEO of Dentsu Holdings USA Inc., of repeatedly putting him and other employees in humiliating, sexually charged situations.
