Ex-Housing Head Blasts Philly Papers' Libel Suit Objection

Law360, Philadelphia (October 29, 2012, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Former Philadelphia Housing Authority chief Carl Greene lashed out at the city’s two daily newspapers Thursday, claiming the papers’ move to dismiss his defamation suit was based almost entirely on news stories Greene claims are fabrications.
