Law360, Chicago (October 30, 2012, 2:56 PM EDT) -- A former Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. employee presented enough evidence tying his oral complaints of Fair Labor Standards Act violations to his termination to defeat the company's renewed summary judgment bid following a landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling, his lawyer told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday.
