Oncology Centers Say Fla.'s Inaction Voids State FCA Claims

Law360, Washington (October 30, 2012, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A group of radiation oncology service providers pushed a Florida federal judge to toss a whistleblower's state False Claims Act allegations, arguing that while the U.S. has intervened in the qui tam suit, Florida's failure to weigh in at all has effectively voided the whistleblower's state law claims.
