TDY Will Pay $1.8M To Settle CERCLA Claims

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 1:41 PM EDT) -- TDY Industries LLC will shell out $1.8 million to federal and state agencies to fund environmental cleanup efforts at a California Superfund site and settle a suit over alleged groundwater pollution, according to a consent decree lodged Friday in California federal court.
