Commerce Slaps China's GGB Bearing With Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 7:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce called for a 12.64 percent dumping duty on tapered roller bearings from China's GGB Bearing Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. on Tuesday, despite issuing preliminary results in GGB's new shipper review that found a 0 percent dumping margin.
