5th Circ. Affirms Bank's $1M Judgment In Marketing Pact Suit

Law360, Houston (October 30, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday upheld financial advisory firm Mutual Concepts Inc.'s $1 million judgment against First National Bank of Omaha — but tossed its attorneys' fee award — in a suit over a credit card marketing contract involving a Christian-based live events organization.
