3D Printer Co. Engineers Win Cert. In OT Row

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 3:25 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Tuesday preliminarily certified a class of Stratasys Inc. field service engineers who claim the printing company misclassified them as exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Magnuson granted lead plaintiff Greg Holaway’s motion for conditional certification, saying that there were a sufficient number of similarly situated engineers to go forward with certification.
