Palm Beach Greenlights Related’s $105M Hilton Project

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 4:11 PM EDT) -- Commissioners for Palm Beach County, Fla., approved The Related Cos. LP’s $105 million proposal to build a Hilton hotel adjacent to a major convention center on Tuesday night, signing off on a special subsidy and tax agreement.

In a 6-1 vote, the commissioners approved several documents related to the project, including a development agreement, lease, zoning easements and more that will pave the way for the long-delayed project to finally break ground.
