National Penn Says It Owes Cushman No Commission

Law360, Philadelphia (October 31, 2012, 4:51 PM EDT) -- National Penn Bank lashed out at Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania Inc. on Monday, saying it did not owe the real estate broker $500,000 in commission for the sale of a Berks County, Pa., office building in 2011 because the two were bound by no contract at the time.
